Brickwork: Recasing, Single Brick Replacement, Pointing, Crack Reinforcing to Walls & Abutments.

Concrete Repairs: Concrete Repairs to Soffits & Beams

Steel Beam Painting: High Pressure wash Steel Beams using Munro Spinning Head, Application of Copn Paint System.

Non-Conductive Sheet Installation: Install nylon, Resin Fixed, Threaded studs to soffit, Drill & fix sheets, 3mm Rubber sheets & studs using nylon nuts to profile of bridge soffit, Network Rail Specifications.

Ipswich Borough Council - Civic Drive Spiral Car Park.

Works:

Fountain Upper Bowl: Remove all mosaic tiles, Repair concrete bowl and re-profile, Apply Weber Cote EC internally & externally, Apply green marble stone layer internally.

Fountain Lower Bowl: Remove existing mosaic tiles and paint coatings, Apply a 150mm waterproof screed to base of bowl with falls into 5 drainage outlets, Apply Weber Cote EC onto new screed and perimeter upstand, Apply green marble stone layer to base, Fix new drainage covers to outlets.

Column Support Strengthening to Lower Spiral Car Park Area: Drill and fix dowels to accomodate extended steel reinforcing profile, Fix to profile new steel reinforcement encasement, Fix new shutters to profile, Pour C40 into shutters, Strike and make good 6 no columns.

Concrete Repairs to Beams & Walls: Carry out concrete repairs using Mulsifix Lightweight Cementitious Mortar.

Drainage: Remove existing drainage to underside of lower fountain bowl, Install new galvanised drainage system.

Project:

RAF Brampton, Huntingdonshire - Tanking to Chemical, Photographic Store.

Materials:

Sika Latex SBR, Sika Top 121, Sikaguard 63.

Works:

Remove all surface contaminants and key existing substrate by scabbling, Needle gun all brickwork at 900mm high around perimeter of bunded area, Lay bund wall at door opening / porous brick and mortar, Fill drainage channel with sand and portland cement using Sika Latex, SBR bonding agent, Apply 2 coats of Sika Top 121 to floor, Bind wall and walla to achieve 3mm total cover, Apply 3 coats of Sikeguard 63 sealer to all areas.

Tecroc Aquatic Mortar Accelerated

Works:

Install sand bags surrounding column, Install dewatering system, Break off delaminted concrete from column to sound surface, Fabricate steel shutter, Profile to match other columns, Fix steel shutter, Pour and place Tecroc Aquatic Mortar Accelerated into shutter, Vibrated, Strike shutter, Make Good, Demobilise.
